ATTACHMENT A <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 01-18 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT <br /> <br />Section 1: Findings <br /> <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes has determined to vacate in its entirety the drainage and utility <br />easements of Lot1, Block 1, Pine Glen; and <br /> <br />A public hearing was held on January 8, 2018 before the City Council in the City Hall Council <br />Chambers after due published and posted notice had been given and a reasonable attempts were <br />made to give personal notice to all affected property owners, and all persons interested were <br />given an opportunity to be heard; and <br /> <br />The final plat of SS Properties Addition shall be recorded that dedicates new drainage and utility <br />easements; and <br /> <br />Section 3: Effect <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication according <br />to the Lino Lakes City Charter and upon filing of the final plat of SS Properties Addition. <br /> <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council on January 22, 2018. <br /> <br />This is a summary of the adopted ordinance.
