Dept. of Natural <br />Resources (DNR) <br />1/26/18 – A hearing was held for the <br />judge to consider more evidence and to <br />rule on an extension of the stay <br />Jeff The DNR will likely have to <br />appeal regardless of the <br />outcome of the hearing <br />Upgrade of HD <br />Audio/Visual Equipment <br />in Council Chambers and <br />Control Room <br />2/20/18 – Gooseneck mics were <br />installed <br />Jeff Caulk needs to be replaced; <br />legs for dais have been <br />ordered; wires under dais <br />need to be wrapped up; new <br />chairs will be ordered <br />Culvert Maintenance ACD <br />10-22-32 <br />7/5/17 – Staff was directed to monitor <br />the culvert and to work with the <br />RCWD on a longer term solution <br />Mike RCWD cleaned the culvert. <br />Staff continues to monitor <br />it. <br />Lease Agreement with New <br />Creations Child Care & <br />Learning Center <br />3/1/18 – The owners of New Creations <br />would like to make improvement to <br />their leased space and are seeking a <br />lease extension <br /> <br />Jeff <br />Is the Council amenable to <br />a five or ten-year lease <br />extension? <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Updates are shown in italics.
