CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-30 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FENCE AGREEMENT WITH GREAT RIVER ENERGY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Great River Energy owns PID #34-31-22-21-0001 located west of Holly Drive <br />East; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Great River Energy granted a right-of-way easement to the City via Resolution <br />No. 18-29; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Great River Energy owns and maintains a fence and gate located with the right- <br />of-way easement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Great River Energy and the City wish to detail the responsibilities of each party <br />regarding the fence with a Fence Agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Fence Agreement between Great River Energy and the City. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of March, 2018. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_____________and was duly seconded by Council Member and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> _____________________ <br /> Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br /> <br />
