<br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-36 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />CONTRACTOR SHOP AND OFFICE <br />(LOT 1, BLOCK 2, APOLLO BUSINESS PARK NO. 2) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City received an application for a conditional use permit for a <br />contractor shop and office for Distinctive Elements Tile & Design hereafter referred to as <br />“Development”; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned GB, General Business and allows for such use with a <br />conditional use permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the legal description of the subject property is Lot 1, Block 2, Apollo <br />Business Park No. 2; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City staff has completed a review of the proposed Development based on <br />the following plans: <br /> <br />• 2/7/2018: Plan Sheets A1, A2 & L1 prepared by Lampert Architects <br />• 2/12/2018: Plan Sheets C1 & C2 prepared by Rehder & Associates <br />• 1/25/2018: Boundary Survey prepared by Rehder & Associates <br />• 2/12/2018: Storm Water Management Calculations, prepared by Rehder & <br />Associates <br />• 2/12/2018: Vicinity Map, prepared by Lampert Architects; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on March <br />14, 2018, and the Board recommended approval of the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby makes the following: <br /> <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br />1. The proposed development application has been found to be consistent with the <br />policies and recommendations of the Lino Lakes Comprehensive Plan including: <br /> <br />a. Land Use Plan. <br /> <br />b. Transportation Plan. <br /> <br />c. Utility (Sewer and Water) Plans. <br /> <br />d. Local Water Management Plan. <br />
