CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-38 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT <br />COST-SHARE AGREEMENT <br />LAMOTTE NEIGHBORHOOD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes is proposing to construct street and stormwater <br />improvements in the LaMotte Neighborhood; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) has a cost-share program for the <br />improvement and remediation of stormwater management systems in developed urban <br />environments; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the RCWD has awarded the City funding in the amount, not to exceed, $39,500 for <br />the LaMotte Neighborhood improvements. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Cou ncil of the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the Cost-Share Agreement with the Rice Creek Watershed District and authorizes the <br />Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of April, 2018. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br />_______________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
