<br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-40 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />WSB & ASSOCIATES <br />35E AREA DRAINAGE PROJECT APPRAISAL SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is considering the need to construct drainage improvements to serve land <br />lying north of Main Street between the City of Hugo and Peltier Lake; and <br />WHEREAS, Phase 1 of the improvement will require acquisition of property for the <br />construction of said improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City is proposing to obtain land appraisals to assist with planning for the <br />project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1.
