One Mission. <br />Overall Goal –Affecting Change in Families in <br />Domestic-Violence Related Cases <br />Goal 1 –Improve Police Handling of Cases. <br />To accomplish this, City Prosecutors will work with LLPD regarding: <br />•Collection of evidence and early transmission of complete evidence <br />packet, including AV, to prosecutors. <br />•Report Notations: Alcohol / chemical use, physical size difference <br />between victim and defendant, demeanor, 911 call summary, <br />independent witnesses identification, defendant’s admissions.
