One Mission. <br />Overall Goal -Affecting Change in Families in <br />Domestic-Violence Related Cases <br />Goal 3 –Insist that Offenders Address Underlying Issues as a <br />Condition to Resolution of Cases. <br />To accomplish this goal, City Prosecutors will require conditions during <br />pretrial release hearing and probation in every case that address <br />underlying issues, including: <br />•Chemical dependency evaluations and compliance with <br />recommendations. <br />•Mental health intervention and counseling. <br />•Domestic abuse counseling.
