CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-48 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARKING DEFERMENT AGREEMENT FOR LOVE TO <br />GROW ON (6499 LAKOTA TRAIL) <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved a conditional use permit for a commercial day care <br />facility for Love To Grow On with Resolution No. 18-46 on May 14, 2018; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Love To Grow On provides daycare services and is constructing a new facility (the <br />Facility) on the following Property: <br />Lot 1, Block 16, Millers Crossroads, Anoka County, Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, per the City’s Zoning Code section 1007.044, Off-Street Parking, a day care <br />facility requires one (1) space per teacher on the largest shift, plus one (1) space per five (5) <br />students/children based on the maximum capacity of the facility. The proposed day care facility <br />requires 58 total spaces; and <br />WHEREAS, Love To Grow On requested a reduction in the number of required parking stalls <br />pursuant to the parking deferment provisions of Zoning Code section 1007.044 (7); and <br />WHEREAS, the City agrees to reduce the number of required stalls provided all requirements of <br />section 1007.044 (7) are, and remain, satisfied. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Parking Deferment Agreement between Love to Grown On and the City of <br />Lino Lakes and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the <br />City. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of May, 2018. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk
