<br />2 <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the PUD Final Plan/Final Plat Century Farm North 7th Addition, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. An updated (within 3 months) title insurance commitment shall be submitted for <br />review and approval. <br />2.
