He introduced Lino Lakes Elementary Principal Ron 27 <br />Burris. Their PowerPoint presentation included the following topics: 28 <br />- Update on construction activities (Lino Lakes Elementary); 29 <br />- Residents approved $143 million referendum to improve facilities; 30 <br />- Students participating in design process; 31 <br />- Before/after overhead photos of school; 32 <br />- Shots of interior demolition; 33 <br />- Air Conditioning improvements; 34 <br />- All grades have been toured with construction site manager; 35 <br />- Features of common area; 36 <br />- How outdoor space will be utilized; 37 <br />Council Member Stoesz asked about pedestrian movement. Superintendent Massey said 38 <br />conversations are on going about how pedestrians will best be traveling across the street; it will be an 39 <br />important decision. He added that the City’s planning staff has been instrumental in the early stages 40 <br />of the project in assisting with design elements. 41
