The adoption of the amendments to the City’s Comprehensive Plan are subject to review <br />and approval by the Metropolitan Council. <br />2. Any subdivision of the parcels with PID: 32-31-22-33-0002, PID: 32-31-22-33-0004, or <br />PID: 32-31-22-33-0005 will require that the entire parcels be within the proper Utility <br />Stage for development and subdivision. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Approval of Resolution No. 18-61, Approving Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Utility <br />Staging <br />1.
