Consider Resolution No. 18-70 Approving PUD <br />Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat <br /> <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 <br /> <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />Preferred Builders, Inc. submitted revised plans for Nature’s Refuge, a conservation residential <br />subdivision, located north of Main Street and west of Lino Lakes Elementary School. The <br />original development proposed 60 single family lots and the revised plans propose 62 lots.
