Traffic Impact Study•A Traffic Impact Study was prepared by Spack Consultants in <br />2013 for the original Saddle Club development. <br />•The study analyzed traffic impacts at the CSAH 34 (Birch <br />Street) intersection and determined they will continue to <br />operate acceptably at Level of Service A. <br />•The additional 8 lots from Saddle Club 4th Addition and the <br />connection of Fox Road will not negatively impact the level of <br />service intersection operations. <br />17
