Planning & Zoning Board•P&Z Board held a public hearing on February 14, <br />2018 and continued the hearing to May 9, 2018. <br />•Public comments included concerns regarding <br />groundwater and wetland impacts, tree removal <br />and additional traffic onto Main Street. <br />•P&Z Board voted 6-0 in favor of the Rezoning <br />and PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary <br />Plat for Nature’s Refuge. 21
