The proceeds would 69 <br />finance a new early childhood education center in Lino Lakes. 70 <br />Mayor Reinert opened the public hearing. There being no one present wishing to speak, the public 71 <br />hearing was closed. 72 <br />Council Member Stoesz moved to approve Resolution No. 18-68 as presented. Council Member 73 <br />Manthey seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 74 <br /> 75 <br />ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT REPORT 76 <br />3A) Consider Appointment of Accounting Clerk/ Utility Billing – Human Resources Manager 77 <br />Bartholomew reviewed staff’s recommendation to hire Yelena Brook to the open position. She noted 78 <br />Ms. Brook’s qualifications and education. 79 <br />Council Member Rafferty moved to approve the appointment of Yelena Brook as recommended. 80 <br />Council Member Maher seconded the motion.
