He noted the two non-profit 65 <br />organizations that they propose to donate to. One of the organizations is at the request of the late 66 <br />former Police Chief Livingston. 67 <br /> 68 <br />Council Member Rafferty moved to approve the donations as recommended. Council Member Stoesz 69 <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 70 <br /> 71 <br />PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT REPORT 72 <br /> 73 <br />There was no report from the Public Services Department. 74 <br /> 75 <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT REPORT 76 <br /> 77 <br />6A) Consider Resolution 18-89, Ordering the Project, Approving the Plans & Specifications and 78 <br />Authorizing the Ad for Bid, 2018 Trunk Watermain and Trail Project - City Engineer Hankee 79 <br />reviewed the written staff report, including noting the location of this year’s proposed projects. Bid 80 <br />results would be brought back to council and the project would be complete this year, except for seeding, 81 <br />etc. 82 <br /> 83 <br />Council Member Stoesz asked if some residents will have water turned off during construction. Ms. 84 <br />Hanke said she’d investigate but she doesn’t believe that will be necessary. Ms. Hankee was asked to 85 <br />consider the ebid process. 86
