All trees added to Outlot E should be changed to fire-tolerant species to allow for
future management of native plant areas with fire. Plants within the HOA park
area can remain as is because the area will be sodded.
See updated Landscape Plans-Tree species updated per comment.
Ok.
2. For all trees to be preserved, tree protection fence should be installed in
accordance with the City Tree Protection Fence detail. This pertains to the line of
trees on the east perimeter heading from the northeast corner of the site to the
southern tip of Pond 1100.
Not that silt fence is currently installed and berm grading has been completed in
this area. No additional construction work will occur near the tree save areas.
Comments 2-4 (tree save areas) were addressed with environmental memo
10/26/23. Per the response, the environmental coordinator will walk through the
site to determine if any saved trees need to be mitigated for.
Ok.
3. Tree protection fence should be shown on the Preliminary Grading and Erosion
Control Plan (sheets 35 and 42) and future grading plans.
Environmental Memo
Attachment 2: Environmental Coordinator Memo-PUD Amend #4 dated March 6, 2024
