ADMINISTRATION REPORT <br /> A. Election Judge Pay <br /> City Clerk Jolleen Chaika presented a r3quest to Council to consider increase in Election Judge <br /> pay to $15.00 per hour and increase in Head Judge pay to $17.00 per hour for all elections. <br /> Past practice was to pay election judges different rates based on the election taking place; <br /> however, Clerk Chaika noted that regardless of the election, the work of the election judges <br /> statutorily required duties and responsibilities of election judges remains the same. She also <br /> noted that changing to a consistent rate will eliminate excessive payroll and administrative <br /> changes on the City's end for each election. <br /> i.
