CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 24-18 <br /> APPROVING 2023 TRANSFER TO THE ROOKERY ACTIVITY CENTER <br /> WHEREAS, the Rookery Activity Center has a cash deficit at December 31, 2023, and <br /> WHEREAS, after adjusting for 2023 accruals the cash deficit is roughly$439,335, and <br /> WHEREAS, the General Fund is projected to have an estimated surplus of $850,000 for <br /> fiscal year 2023. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that a <br /> 2023 transfer from the General Fund to the Rookery Activity Center Fund be made in the <br /> amount of the Rookery Activity Center 12/31/2023 cash balance adjusted for accruals, <br /> not to exceed $460,000. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11th day of March, 2024. <br /> Ro• erty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
