CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 24-21 <br /> APPROVING A SOLICITOR LICENSE FOR LEGACY RESTORATION <br /> WHEREAS, Legacy Restoration, located in Plymouth, Minnesota, has applied for a solicitor <br /> license request a license to allow Rick Brambrink and Jamiya Walker to solicit within the City of <br /> Lino Lakes; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Legacy Restoration has complied with all provisions of Chapter 613 of the Lino <br /> Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted a background check <br /> on both individuals who will be working in Lino Lakes and no reason was found to deny the license <br /> application; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota hereby <br /> approves the request of Legacy Restoration to solicit throughout Lino Lakes for a period six <br /> (6) months, effective March 26, 2024—September 26, 2024. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of March, 2024. <br /> P"' 12-411t\A— I <br /> Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
