CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 24-19 <br /> APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR DRF LINO EYE BUILDING <br /> PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, On January 10, 2022 the City entered into a site performance agreement <br /> with DRF Lino Eye Building for the Associated Eye Care project ; and <br /> WHEREAS, Section XV of the site performance agreement states that upon acceptance <br /> of the Developer Improvements the City and Developer will enter into a Certificate of <br /> Completion; and <br /> WHEREAS, The project has been accepted by the City. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br /> approves the Certificate of Completion for DRF Lino Eye Building project and the Mayor and <br /> City Clerk are authorized to execute such agreements on behalf of the City. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of March, 2024. <br /> ♦ <br /> /1-4%<7 i <br /> /14 t l'n".., ' <br /> Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST:q <br /> Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
