CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 24-24 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING WATERMARK 7th ADDITION DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND <br /> PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, on April 8, 2024 the City Council passed Resolution No. 24-23 approving Watermark <br /> 7th Addition PUD Final Plan/Final Plat; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution of <br /> a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes approves the <br /> Development Agreement and Planned Unit Development Agreement between U.S. Home, LLC <br /> and the City of Lino Lakes for Watermark 7th Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk <br /> to execute such agreement on behalf of the City <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of April 2024. <br /> `t' t(--t <br /> Rob affer y, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> itr <br /> Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
