CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 24-25 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING WATERMARK 7TH ADDITION <br /> OPEN SPACE EASEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, on December 10, 2018 the City Council passed Resolution No. 18-144 approving the <br /> Watermark Master Development Agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 7.2 of the Master Development Agreement requires an Open Space <br /> Easement; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Open Space Easement covers the following outlots: <br /> • Outlots A, C, D, E, and F, Watermark 7th Addition; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes approves the <br /> Open Space Easement Agreement between U.S. Home, LLC and the City of Lino Lakes and <br /> authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of April 2024. <br /> Rob affer y, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
