CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 24-28 <br /> Approving BS&A Software <br /> WHEREAS, replacement of the City's ERP Software was included in the 2024-2028 <br /> Financial Plan to serve the needs of the Community Development, Finance, and Human <br /> Resources departments; and, <br /> WHEREAS, quotes were received from BS&A Software and Civic Systems which included <br /> pricing for both the one-time conversion and implementation of the new software as well as the <br /> annual maintenance fees to be incurred; and, <br /> WHEREAS, BS&A Software will best meet the needs of the City to automate processes <br /> and utilize modern technology; and, <br /> WHEREAS, funds are available for the conversion and implementation in the amounts of <br /> $100,000 and $151,355 from General Fund and Closed Bond Fund reserves, respectively; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the 2025 budget process will reflect the annual maintenance to be incurred <br /> from the General and Enterprise Funds. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that staff <br /> is authorized to execute the agreement with BS&A Software for $336,075 which includes one- <br /> time conversion and implementation fees of $251,355 and on-going annual maintenance of <br /> $84,720. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of April, 2024. <br /> Rob aff tY Mayor <br /> Ma or <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
