CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 24-29 <br /> APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT FOR <br /> IMPROVEMENTS AT THE INTERSECTION OF ANOKA COUNTY CSAH 49 AND ANOKA <br /> COUNTY CSAH 32/RAMSEY COUNTY CSAH 1 IN THE CITIES OF LINO LAKES, MN AND <br /> SHOREVIEW, MN <br /> WHEREAS, Anoka County and the City of Lino Lakes entered into a Joint Powers <br /> Agreement to reconstruct the intersection of County State Aid Highway 49 (Hodgson <br /> Road), hereinafter referred to as CSAH 49, and Anoka County State Aid Highway 32 (Ash <br /> Street)/Ramsey County State Aid Highway 1 (County Road J), hereinafter referred to as <br /> CSAH 32/CSAH 1, and, <br /> WHEREAS, the parties agree that it is in their best interest to amend the original JPA, to <br /> update certain changes in the project and cost share arrangements; and <br /> NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that <br /> the amended Joint Powers Agreement with Anoka County to reconstruct the <br /> intersection of County State Aid Highway 49 (Hodgson Road), and Anoka County State <br /> Aid Highway 32 (Ash Street)/Ramsey County State Aid Highway 1 (County Road J) is <br /> hereby approved and The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the <br /> agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of April, 2024. <br /> WA' Mt <br /> Robty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
