CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 24-30 <br /> APPROVING ACQUISITION OF PERMANENT STREET RIGHT OF WAY, 77TH <br /> STREET/MARKETPLACE REALIGNMENT <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council has authorized the preparation of plans and specifications to <br /> construct the 77th Street/Marketplace Drive Realignment Project, and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed improvements require the acquisition of right-of-way for the <br /> making of said improvements: <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br /> purchase of permanent Street right-of-way from the property located at 698 77th Street is hereby <br /> approved in the amount of$33,000.00. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of April, 2024. <br /> 1.4"17'C Oki—T--) <br /> Rob a rty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
