CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 24-32 <br /> APPROVING A SOLICITOR LICENSE FOR EDWARD JONES <br /> WHEREAS, Legacy Restoration, located in Circle Pines, Minnesota, has applied for a <br /> solicitor license request a license to allow Nicole Olson to solicit within the City of Lino Lakes; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, Edward Jones has complied with all provisions of Chapter 613 of the Lino <br /> Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted a background <br /> check on the individual who will be working in Lino Lakes and no reason was found to deny the <br /> license application; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br /> hereby approves the request of Edward Jones to solicit throughout Lino Lakes for a period <br /> six (6) months, effective April 9, 2024—October 9, 2024. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of April, 2024. <br /> 47t,(-bz--z? <br /> RQ5 R ferty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Jolleen Chaika, City Clerk <br />
