CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 24-22 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br /> CONTRACT, 2024 TRAIL MAINTENANCE PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 2024 Trail <br /> Maintenance Project, quotes were received, and tabulated: <br /> CONTRACTOR BASE QUOTE ALT 1 ALT 2 ALT 3 <br /> Winberg Companies $79,894.50 $48,161.10 $26,397.00 $31,164.00 <br /> Bituminous Roadways Inc. $105,170.00 $61,324.00 $29,048.00 $26,620.00 <br /> Allied Inc. Did not Quote <br /> Arnt Co. Did not Quote <br /> Dimke Excavating Inc. Did not Quote <br /> WHEREAS, it appears the Winberg Companies of Shafer, Minnesota is the lowest possible <br /> bidder for the base quote, Alternate 2, and Alternate 3. <br /> WHEREAS, the funding for the project is from the General Fund — Parks Department. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br /> Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Winberg <br /> Companies for the construction of the Base, Alternate 2, and Alternate 3 of the 2024 Trail <br /> Maintenance Project in the amount of$137,455.50; <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd day of April, 2024. <br /> Rob I rty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> t <br /> Hannah Lynch, City Clerk <br />
