CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 24-36 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING 440 PARK COURT <br /> SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, the City has completed review of the site and building plans for 440 Park <br /> Court; and <br /> WHEREAS, the legal description of the property is Lot 4, Block 1, Marshan Lake <br /> Industrial Park; and <br /> WHEREAS, City Code Section 1007.020(6) requires the execution of a site improvement <br /> performance agreement prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that <br /> the Site Improvement Performance Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and Lariat <br /> Companies, Inc. is approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute such <br /> agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd day of April, 2024. <br /> Roy ,' :fferty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: n <br /> '641k4flikk 4IZIA <br /> Hannah Lynch, City CIer <br />
