CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 24-37 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPT BIDS, AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT, 2024 <br /> REJUVENATOR PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of the 2024 <br /> Rejuvenator Project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the <br /> following bids were received complying with the advertisement; and <br /> Contractor Base Bid <br /> Allied Blacktop Company $110,464.00 <br /> Corrective Asphalt Materials $191,109.00 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that Allied Blacktop Company is the lowest responsible bidder; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the city to <br /> proceed with the project, <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that: <br /> 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br /> Allied Blacktop Company in the amount of$110,464.00 by the name of the City of Lino <br /> Lakes for the construction of the 2024 Rejuvenator Project according to the plans and <br /> specifications approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> 2.
