The development proposes a 36,000 sf multi-tenant
industrial and indoor self-storage building on the south end of the site. The north end
of the site is the existing Lino Lakes Storage. The architect, Greg Kinney with Amcon
Construction was in attendance with no comments or questions asked.

The Board discussed the proposed 440 Park Court Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan
Review and requested to add the 7th recommendation that was not in the staff report
but was on the slide show concerning perimeter control near the wetland.

Motion was made by Ms. Buchmeier and seconded by Ms. Cavegn to approve the
Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan Review with the addition to the 7th
recommendation. Motion carried 6 – 0.

B. 2024 Annual Work Plan and Ongoing Tasks List – 2nd Draft

Mr. Nelson presented the staff report.

The Environmental Board serves to provide aid and advice to the Council in its efforts to
encourage productive and enjoyable harmony between people and their environment;
to promote efforts which will prevent or eliminate damage to the environment and
stimulate the health and welfare of people; to enrich the understanding of the
ecological systems and natural resources important to the city; to advise the city in the
use and management of its natural resources in order to preserve and enhance the
environmental amenities for present and future residents, and to improve and ensure a
lasting quality of life within the City.
