Planning & Zoning Board <br />March 13, 2024 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />APPROVED MINUTES <br />Mr. Root opened the public hearing at 7:21 p.m. <br /> <br />No one was present for public comment. <br /> <br />Mr. Wipperfurth moved to close the public hearing. Motion seconded by Mr. Laden. <br />The public hearing was closed at 7:22 p.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Evenson moved to approve the conditional use permit and site plan review adding <br />the addition of public safety’s request regarding snow storage and that the berm be <br />restored to its original condition. Motion seconded by Mr. Kohler. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />B. Watermark 7th Addition PUD Final Plan/Final Plat <br /> <br />Ms. Larsen presented the staff report. <br />Watermark is a 372-acre master planned residential community consisting of 692 single <br />family lots and 172 townhome units totaling 864 housing units. U.S. Home, LLC (aka <br />Lennar) submitted a Land Use Application for Watermark 7 th Addition PUD Final <br />Plan/Final Plat. The plat proposes 106 single family lots and 8 outlots. <br />Mr. Laden requested verification that it includes the major changes from last time. Ms. <br />Larsen confirmed that it did. <br />Mr. Wipperfurth moved to approve the PUD final plan/final plat subject to conditions <br />listed in the staff report. Motion seconded by Mr. Evenson. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />7. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />A. Project Updates <br /> <br />Staff provided an update on projects. <br /> <br />Mr. Wipperfurth and Mr. Laden asked when the Board will discuss the increased <br />architectural standards for more visible areas. Ms. Larsen stated the conversation <br />could be continued at the next Planning and Zoning meeting and the Board agreed. <br /> <br />Mr. Wipperfurth moved to adjourn the meeting.
