WHEREAS, Ace Solid Waste, located in Ramsey, Minnesota, has applied for a solicitor <br />license to allow Gary Jenson to solicitwithin the City of Lino Lakes; andI <br />WHEREAS, Ace Solid Waste has complied with all provisions of Chapter 613 Of the Lino <br />Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Lino La{<es Public Safety Department has conducted a background check <br />on the representative who will be working in Lino Lakes and no reason was found to deny the <br />license application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City COuncil Of Lino Lakes, Minnesota hereby <br />approves the request of Ace Solid Waste to solicit throughout Lino Lakes for a period of six (6) <br />months, effective May 14, 2024 — November 14, 2024. <br />Adopted by the City Council Of the City of Lino Lakes this 13t" day of May, 2024. <br />Rod �(afferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />
