CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-51 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING CONTRACT, HODGSON AND <br />COUNTY ROAD J RAB LANDSCAPING <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the Hodgson and <br />County Road J RAB Landscaping Project, quotes were received, and tabulated: <br />CONTRACTOR <br />BASE <br />QUOTE <br />Dreamscapes Landscaping & Design <br />$38,144031 <br />Albrecht Enterprises, LLC <br />$39,477o5O <br />Peterson Companies, Inc. <br />$43,154085 <br />WHEREAS, it appears the Dreamscapes Landscaping &Design of Centerville, Minnesota <br />is the lowest possible bidder for the quote. <br />WHEREAS, the funding for the project is from State Aid funds and a cost share with the City <br />of Shoreview. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br />Dreamscapes Landscaping <br />Hodgson and County Road J <br />& Design for the construction of the Base quote of the <br />RAB Landscaping Project in the amount of $381144.31; <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lal<es this 13t" day of May, 2024. <br />0 <br />ATTEST: <br />Hannah Lynch, City Clerk <br />erty, Mayor <br />
