CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-41 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING JANSEN ADDITION DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, on April 22, 2024 the City Council passed Resolution No. 24-40 approving Jansen <br />Addition final plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the City’s subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution of <br />a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes approves the <br />Development Agreement between Boulder Contracting, LLC and the City of Lino Lakes for <br />Jansen Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf <br />of the City <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd day of April 2024. <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />________________________ <br />Hannah Lynch, City Clerk <br />Attachment 3: Resolution No. 24-41 <br />161
