8 <br />Staff evaluated the need to extend the 30ft wide road right-of-way along the entire north lot line to potentially serve <br />511 Lois Lane and determined it wasn’t feasible. <br />An additional 30ft of road right-of-way would be needed from 7901 Henry Lane and a public street & utilities would <br />need to be constructed to serve the potential one (1) or two (2) additional lots that could be created at 511 Lois <br />Lane.
