1st Reading: Publication: <br />2nd Reading: Effective: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 08-24 <br />UTILITY EASEMENT VACATION <br />(6590 12TH AVENUE) <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes ordains: <br />Section 1: Findings of Fact <br />1.The City Council of Lino Lakes has determined to vacate a utility easement (“Easement”) <br />dedicated over, under, and across property legally described as follows: <br />That part of Anoka County Highway right-of-way Plat No. 11, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />which lies within the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter of Section 28, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />AND ALSO <br />That part of the following described tract: <br />The Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 31, Range 22, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, EXCEPTING ALL that part <br />of Anoka County Highway right-of-way Plat No. 11, Anoka County, Minnesota, and <br />EXCEPTING ALL that part of the Northeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 31 North, Range 22 West, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter <br />of said Section 28; thence South 89 degrees 56 <br />minutes 28 seconds West, 835.00 feet along the Northerly line of said Northeast <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (basis for bearings); <br />thence South 00 degrees 03 minutes 32 seconds East, 88.66 feet to the Southerly right- <br />of-way line of County State Aid Highway No. 10 <br />according to the Anoka County Highway right-of-way Plat No. 11, as recorded in the <br />Anoka County Recorder's Office in and for said Anoka <br />County, and said point also being the point of beginning; thence continuing South 00 <br />degrees 03 minutes 32 seconds East, 207.22 feet; <br />thence South 89 degrees 56 minutes 28 seconds West, 208.00 feet; thence North 00 <br />degrees 03 minutes 32 seconds West, 212.27 feet to <br />said Southerly right-of-way of County State Aid Highway No. 10; thence Easterly along <br />said Southerly right-of way, 208.06 feet along the <br />arc of a non-tangential curve concave to the North having a central angle of 01 degrees <br />02 minutes 06 seconds, a radius of 11,519.16 feet, <br />a chord bearing of South 88 degrees 40 minutes 07 seconds East, and a chord distance <br />of 208.06 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Which lies easterly and northerly of the following described line: <br />103
