CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-47 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO OPEN SPACE EASEMENT <br />FOR WATERMARK <br />WHEREAS, on December 10, 2018 the City Council passed Resolution No. 18-144 <br />approving the Watermark Master Development Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 7.2 of the Master Development Agreement requires an Open Space <br />Easement; and <br />WHEREAS, this Amendment to Open Space Easement clarifies and confirms the open <br />space easement areas cover the appropriate outlots. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that <br />the Amendment to Open Space Easement between U.S. Home, LLC is approved and the City of <br />Lino Lakes and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the <br />City. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of May, 2024. <br />___________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />___________________________ <br />Hannah Lynch, City Clerk <br />Attachment 1: Resolution No. 24-47 <br />54
