Public, educational, and religious uses <br />are currently allowed with a conditional use permit in the City’s rural, residential, LB-Limited <br />Business, and GB-General Business zoning districts. <br />Minn. Statute 412.191 provides for a city to publish a summary of an ordinance. The summary <br />is detailed in Resolution No. 24-46.
