CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-66 <br />APPROVING GRANT OF WETLAND BUFFER DECLARATION AND WETLAND <br />EASEMENT TO RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, the City completed a minor subdivision and acquired land for the purposes of <br />constructing a Water Treatment Plant, and <br />WHEREAS, development of the site is subject to a permit from the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District (RCWD), and <br />WHEREAS, the City received a conditional permit approval from the RCWD on April 24, 2024 <br />(Permit No. 24-009) subject to the provision of a wetland buffer declaration and wetland <br />easement in favor or the RCWD, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the City <br />hereby grants to the RCWD a wetland buffer declaration and a wetland easement as described <br />in Exhibit A, attached hereto. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Attorney is authorized to draft the necessary <br />documents for execution by the Mayor and Clerk. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 28th day of May 2024. <br />_____________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />________________________ <br />Hannah Lynch, City Clerk <br />174
