CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL <br />Chair Huelman called the Lino Lakes Park Board meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. on April 1, <br />2024. <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />3. SWEARING IN OF PARK BOARD MEMBERS <br />Mayor Rafferty was present to swear in Mr. Gooder and Mr. Spitzer. <br />4. ELECTION OF CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR <br />Mrs. Schmidt made a motion to nominate Mr. Huelman as the Chair of the Park Board. <br />Mrs. Schmidt made a motion to nominate Mr. Gooder as the Vice Chair of the Park <br />Board. Motion carried 7 – 0. <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br />6. OPEN MIKE <br />There was no one present for open mike. <br />7. APPROVAL OF MARCH 6, 2024 MINUTES <br />Mr. Kusterman moved to approve the March 6, 2024 meeting minutes. Motion <br />seconded by Mr. Gooder. Mrs. Cutts and Mr. Spitzer abstained Motion carried 5 – 0. <br />8.
