The City Council of Lino Lal<es has determined to vacate a utility easement ("Easement") dedicated over, under, and across property legally described as follows: That part of Anol<a County Highway right-of-way Plat No. 11, Anol<a County, Minnesota which lies within the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota.
