CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />WHEREAS, St. Joseph's Catholic Church has applied for a Special Event Permit, a Cabaret <br />License, and a Temporary On -Sale Liquor License for their annual summer festival on August 10- <br />11, 2024; and, <br />WHEREAS, the event <br />fundraising activities; and, <br />plan includes two days of music, food, beverages, games, and <br />WHEREAS, proof of general liability insurance is required to be submitted by St. Joseph's <br />Catholic Church to cover all events held on the church property; and, <br />WHEREAS, hired security will be onsite during the event and wristbands will be required <br />for any sale of alcoholic beverages; and, <br />WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed the applications, as well as the event site plan for <br />compliance with City ordinances and regulations. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br />City Council authorizes the issuance of a Special Event Permit, Cabaret License, and Temporary <br />On -Sale Liquor License to St. Joseph's Catholic Church for August 10-11, 2024. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 28t" day of May, 2024. <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Hannah Lynch, City Clerl< <br />
