Councilmember Cavegn requested further discussion <br />regarding the Fire Department Analysis under New Business, <br />1. Motion to: Approve the changes and additions to the agenda as presented. <br />RESULT: <br />MOVER: <br />SECONDER: <br />AYES: <br />ABSENT: <br />CARRIED [UNANIMOUS] <br />Cavegn <br />L(den <br />L(den, Stoesz, Cavegn, Rafferty <br />An Arbor Day Proclamation was issued by Mayor Rafferty, Declaring April 26, 2024 Arbor Day in <br />Lino Lakes, Minnesota. <br />Public Safety Director John Swenson presented the Citizen Life Saving Award to Tatum Stewart <br />for providing lifesaving care to her father Eric Stewart on October 19, 2023. Mr. Swenson also <br />presented the Life Saving Award to Sgt. Chad Schirmers, Investigator Bob Strub, Officer Anissa <br />Ng, Officer Shelby Bonczek, Officer Beck Petrie, Deputy Director Dan L'Allier, Firefighter Taylor <br />Andres, and Firefighter Ryan Olson. <br />1 <br />
