NEW BUSINESS <br />CARRIED [UNANIMOUS] <br />Cavegn <br />Lyden <br />Lyden, Stoesz, Cavegn, Rafferty <br />RAland <br />Councilmember Cavegn stated at the April 1, 2024, work session that the Council gave <br />Public Safety Director John Swenson a directiveto request proposals (RFP) from other cities. <br />At the April S, 2024, work session, the subject was discussed again, which was not on the <br />agenda, did not follow the protocol for adding items to the agenda, and there was no <br />discussion after the subject. The directive for Public Safety Director John Swenson was <br />altered without conversation or a vote. Councilmember Cavegn would like to return to the <br />April 1, 2024, order that was approved by the Council. <br />0 <br />
