DATE: April 22, 2024 <br />TIME STARTED. 6:00 PM <br />TIME ENDED. 6:19 PM <br />EMBERS PRESENT, <br />Councilmembers, Lyden, Stoesz, Cavegn, Mayor Rafferty <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Ruhland <br />Staff Members Present: City Administrator Sarah Cotton; Public Safety Director John Swenson; <br />Community Development Director Michael Grochala; City Planner Katie Larsen, Environmental <br />Coordinator Andy Nelson, WSB Project Engineer Veronica Kubicek. <br />1. Review Regular Agenda <br />Mayor Rafferty reviewed the meeting agenda. Staff provided an overview of the staff reports for <br />each agenda item. <br />Mayor Rafferty asked that the March 25, 2024, Council Meeting Minutes be revised as follows: <br />The Public Comment made by Randy Rennacker should be updated to state the Carl Street <br />residents have a "strong opposition of any connection from the development to the Carl Street <br />neighborhood" from the currently reflected "strong opposition of any development to the Carl <br />Street neighborhood". <br />The work session concluded at 6:19 PM. <br />These minutes were considered and approved at the regular Council Meeting on May 28, 2024. <br />Hannah Lynch, City Clerk <br />1 <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />
