Background <br />Our residents’ park and recreation expectations are ever-changing. <br />There is a growing movement for larger more comprehensive, inclusive, and expensive destination parks. <br />Scenic trails are highly valued. <br />To maintain a current, viable, and sustainable Parks and Trail System, we must be prepared to innovate and reimagine our system. <br />We will need to stretch our resources by strengthening our external partnerships. <br />6/3/2024Presentation to the Lino Lakes City Council <br />6
