Setting the Stage (in theory @ 30,000 ft) <br />Current Trail Assets <br />We have almost 27 miles of <br />community trails (external to our <br />designated parks) that are worth <br />more than $9,000,000. <br />Based on typical replacement <br />cycles and local experience, it <br />would suggest that we should <br />budget about 3% or $270,000 <br />annually to replace and/or <br />upgrade the current trail system. <br />6/3/2024Presentation to the Lino Lakes City Council <br />9
