Catching Up –Missing Park Assets <br />Using our current park master plans we identified $4,725,000 in unfunded park assets. <br />These have been included in the Park Dedication Fee (PDF) Study <br />Undoubtedly, it would be prudent to review and update the older master plans! <br />The PDF would provide an opportunity to fill in critical missing assets. <br />6/3/2024Presentation to the Lino Lakes City Council <br />15
